$375.  This includes the vintage phone, all of the accessories and all of the audio you will receive from your guests.  If you are wanting to reserve Voice Book for a memorial service, the remote line is the only option at the request of funeral homes.  

Absolutely!  We ship all over the United States! Shipping both directions is included unless expedited shipping is required.

It's really easy!  We will ship everything to you that you need for your event including instructions on how to setup your Voice Book phone.  We will also include a script for your DJ or emcee to drive engagement to the phone.  The more guests that use it, the more recordings you'll receive.  All your guests need to do is pick up the phone receiver, leave their message, and hang up.  After the event, package everything up in the original shipping carton and attach the included return label.  After a few days you'll receive your audio!

We include a script for your DJ/emcee to use to help guide guests to the phone.  There will also be signage included in your shipment to let guests know what to do with the phone.

Once your phone and components are returned, we will process your audio, usually within a couple of days.  We will then ship your audio on a USB drive to you.  This will preserve your memories for a lifetime!

That's up to you!  You can keep your traditional guest book if you want or replace it all together.  There are some guests that won't leave messages for you so it could be nice to have a traditional guest book as well.  The Voice Book experience is far more fun, interactive, and meaningful years down the road.

It depends on how many guests leave messages. Typically the recordings, once condensed down, are about 15-20 minutes depending on how active your guests are.  This is also why we include a DJ/emcee script to remind guests that the Voice Book is available. 

The phones are named after people that have been instrumental to helping us get started with this project as well as pop culture references and the personality of the phones.
